Job summary

ActionLink in Baxter, MN is seeking a Part-Time Retail Display Installer to join the team. You will perform store visits, install and maintain promotional displays, and troubleshoot issues across assigned retailers within a 100-mile radius.

This role offers up to 25 hours per week, pay of $19.00 per hour, weekly direct deposits, paid training, and a company-matched 401(k). Travel reimbursement and PTO accrue weekly; no evenings or weekends required.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory.
• Follow complex written instructions and display diagrams with accuracy.
• Independent worker who can collaborate with a small team when needed.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle, willing to travel 100-mile radius.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Visit major retail stores within the territory to install and maintain displays.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional displays.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit.
