Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser to service Saratoga Springs, NY, and the surrounding area. You will visit stores, set up and maintain product displays, and ensure proper placement of promotional materials.

The role offers up to 20 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, with early start times and no weekend/evening shifts. Paid training, weekly pay (W2), 401(k) with company match, travel reimbursement, and PTO accrue as you contribute to the program.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Be versatile in handling all levels of merchandising tasks within the assigned territory.
• Ability to follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
• Must have a driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for store visits.
• Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Visit major retail stores within the assigned territory to set up and maintain products.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional displays.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit.
• Travel within NY region to cover larger areas as needed.
