Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser to service Massena, NY, and surrounding areas. You will visit stores to set up and maintain product displays, ensure proper placement, and report with photos from each visit.

The role offers up to 10 hours per week, Monday-Thursday, 8:00am–6:00pm, with no weekends or evenings. W2 employment includes weekly pay, paid training, PTO accrual, and a company-matched 401(k).

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, 3PL or relevant retail experience is highly desirable
• Versatility to handle all levels of merchandising work within territory
• Attention to detail—follow complex written instructions and display diagrams
• Independence and teamwork—able to work alone and with a small team
• Tech-ready—internet access, handheld tools, Wi‑Fi/GPS device
• Travel ability—valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle

Responsibilities

• Complete store visits at major retail locations within an assigned territory, setting up and maintaining product displays across diverse electronics and appliances
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance and troubleshooting of promotional displays
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and photos after each store visit
• Work with clients to represent brands and ensure accurate in-store execution
• Communicate scheduling and coverage needs to maximize hours within the role's territory
