Job summary

ScanScape is seeking part-time Retail Scan Associates to visit local stores and scan barcodes on displays and aisles using a mobile app. You will support in-store data collection for multiple retailer types across Denver and surrounding areas.

Base hours average 4.5–6 per week with possible extra hours for special projects; compensation is $21 per hour, plus paid travel, sick time, and 401(k) eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure standing for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must have access to reliable Wi-Fi and be tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scan barcodes in stores using a downloadable app.
• Perform weekly in-store data collections at assigned retailers.
• Provide quantity data for about 45% of scanned products.
• Meet weekly deadlines to support client reporting.
• Work across grocery, convenience, drug, pet and mass merchandise stores.
