ScanScape is hiring part-time Retail Scan Associates to visit a designated selection of stores weekly to scan barcodes on displays and in aisle locations, including end caps. The role offers independence, flexible hours, and 401(k) with employer matching.

Base hours average 3–5 per week, with additional hours for special projects. Qualified candidates must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and reliable Wi‑Fi.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Able to stand for long periods and access store products.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Able to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be deadline-driven and self-starter.
• Must have access to reliable Wi‑Fi.
• Must be tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-store data collections at assigned local retailers weekly, year-round.
• Use a downloadable app on your mobile phone to scan barcodes in-store.
• Base hours 3–5 per week across all stores; additional hours for special projects.
• Provide quantity data for about 45% of scanned products as requested.
• Complete display scanning across entire store weekly and meet client deadlines.
