Circana is seeking part-time Retail Scan Associates to perform in-store data collection at assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks a year, including holiday weeks. The role involves scanning barcodes across grocery, convenience, drug, pet, and mass merchandise stores using a mobile app.

Average weekly hours range from 6–11 across all stores, with additional 1–2 hours for special projects; some scheduling flexibility exists. The position offers independence and steady work.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure being on your feet for long periods, while accessing products throughout the store.
• Ability to lift to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet in the air, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be a deadline-driven self-starter.
• Must have access to reliable Wi-Fi.
• Must be tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Visit designated stores weekly to scan barcodes on products.
• Use a mobile app to capture barcode data across aisles.
• Provide quantity data for about 45% of scanned products.
• Complete Display Scanning across entire store weekly.
• Assist with Custom Projects adding 30 minutes to 2 hours when requested.
• Maintain dependability and quality in data delivery.
