Job summary

Circana is seeking part-time Retail Scan Associates to conduct in-store data collections at local retailers across multiple Ohio locations. You will use a mobile app to scan product barcodes, provide quantities for many items, and support both standard scanning and occasional custom projects.

The role offers flexible hours, independence in the workplace, and regular activity throughout shifts, with AI-assisted resume screening as part of the process.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure being on your feet for long periods, while accessing products throughout the store.
• Ability to lift to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet in the air, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
• Must have access to reliable Wi-Fi.
• Must be tech savvy.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-store data collections at assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks a year, including holiday weeks.
• Scan barcodes using a downloadable app on a mobile phone across store locations.
• Provide quantity data for about 45% of scanned products as required.
• Complete Display Scanning in the entire store weekly, possibly taking several hours.
• Assist with Custom Projects requested by clients, adding 30 minutes to 2 hours during weeks for each store.
• Adhere to weekly deadlines to ensure timely data delivery for clients.
