Job summary

You will handle cash transactions, stock shelves, unload merchandise, and ensure a clean, safe, and friendly store atmosphere for customers and teammates. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth and skill development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail/hospitality preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Keep store areas clean and presentable, including bathrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
