Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our Omaha team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers, handle transactions, maintain store appearance, and help with stock replenishment and unloading trucks.

This role emphasizes strong customer service, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment. We offer flexible hours and opportunities to grow with the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous retail customer service experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and keeping areas neat.
• Other duties as assigned.
