Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Part time Customer Service Associate in Corpus Christi, TX to assist customers, process transactions at the register, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked store. You will ensure cash security, stock replenishment, and a positive shopping environment for customers and team members.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent movement and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks; stock replenishment.
