Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in Corpus Christi, TX seeks a part-time Retail Associate to assist customers, operate a cash register, and keep the store stocked and presentable. You will help unload trucks, replenish shelves, and maintain a clean, safe shopping environment at all times.

The role requires customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. A friendly, team-oriented attitude is essential to support store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk frequently.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks; stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, respectful environment with customers, associates and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store: bathrooms, floors, trash, and general presentation.
