Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

This role requires strong customer service and organizational skills. You will work part-time at the Stanley, NC location, help unload trucks, restock shelves, and maintain a safe, friendly environment for customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail or service industries preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain store security and protect assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and team members.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, restrooms, and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
