Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Garland, TX store team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked store.

You should be comfortable standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and providing friendly, helpful service in a fast-paced environment. This role offers opportunities to develop retail skills and grow with our team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities
