Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior customer service in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand, walk, and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage transactions at the cash register and maintain cash security.
• Keep store clean, stocked, and presentable, including restrooms.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
