Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in North Little Rock, AR to deliver a great shopping experience. You will help customers, process transactions at the register, stock shelves, unload merchandise, and keep the store clean and safe for everyone.

The role requires the ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods, with prior customer service in retail or related settings preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service in retail, hospitality, grocery, or related fields is desirable.
• Able to follow written and oral instructions precisely.
• Capable of lifting 30–50 lbs and performing physical tasks including standing, walking, bending and kneeling.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect store assets.
• Keep the store well stocked and recover merchandise as needed.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenish as per productivity standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
