Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, keep shelves stocked, and help unload trucks while maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

The role requires the ability to lift 30-50 lbs, stand/walk frequently, and communicate effectively with customers and teammates. This position offers part-time hours at a Brookland, AR location, with benefits as described

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment per productivity standards.
