Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must lift 30–50 lbs and handle frequent walking, standing, and bending.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Unload trucks and stock replenish per productivity standards.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Clean and restock restrooms, sweep and mop floors, take out trash.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
