Job summary

Family Dollar LLC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in Santaquin, Utah to provide a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, operate the cash register, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and organized.

The role requires customer service experience and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs, with strong communication skills and reliability. This position is on-site at 252 West Main St, Santaquin.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks; stock replenishment.
