Family Dollar Stores Of Texas LLC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience in Fate, TX. You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, safe store environment.

Typical duties include unloading trucks, replenishing inventory, and providing friendly, professional service while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Must be able to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks; stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, restrooms, floors, and waste disposal.
• Other duties as assigned.
