Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC seeks a Customer Service Associate to deliver a friendly shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions at the register, stock shelves, and help unload merchandise while maintaining a clean, safe store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and team members.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store including bathrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
