Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Associate to join our Sunnyvale, TX store. You will assist customers, process transactions at the register, and help with stocking, unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean, safe shopping environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, retail or service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. This role emphasizes customer service excellence and efficient store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, trash, and overall neatness.
• Other duties as assigned.
