Family Dollar Stores Of Georgia LLC is seeking a part-time retail associate to assist customers, operate a cash register, and maintain a clean, well-stocked store in Norcross, GA. You will help unload merchandise, replenish shelves, and ensure a safe, friendly environment for shoppers and staff.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and prior customer service experience in retail or related sectors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Keep store clean, bathrooms stocked and neat, floors swept and mopped.
• Other duties as assigned.
