Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, grocery, or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, bending, and stooping.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills expected.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the register and maintain cash security.
• Keep the store stocked and presentable, recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks; stock replenishment as needed.
• Maintain clean store areas, restrooms, and proper waste disposal.
