Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of South Carolina LLC in Abbeville, AL is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to assist customers, handle transactions, and keep the store clean and stocked.

You will greet customers, answer questions, operate a cash register, and maintain a safe, respectful shopping environment. Prior retail or service experience is preferred, and the role may require lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and handle frequent movement and standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register and protect cash/assets.
• Keep store stocked, receive merchandise, and unload trucks.
• Maintain clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
