Family Dollar Stores Of Louisiana LLC in Abbeville, AL is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to help customers and maintain daily store operations. You will assist customers, process transactions, stock shelves, and uphold a clean, safe shopping environment.

Responsibilities include handling cash securely, unloading deliveries, replenishing merchandise, and providing friendly service to customers and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store is highly preferred.
• Ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and team.
• Other duties as assigned.
