You will ensure safety of cash, support loading/unloading, and maintain a clean, respectful environment. The role requires good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with physical tasks like lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or service industry preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register
• Maintain security of cash and company assets
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks
