The role emphasizes customer service excellence, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and effective teamwork with leadership and colleagues. Prior retail or service experience is preferred and training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks for restocking.
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Keep store clean, restock bathrooms, and ensure neat presentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
