Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Ironwood, Michigan to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, manage register transactions, and ensure a clean store environment. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred and a high school diploma is desired.

This part-time role also requires physical ability to lift items and maintain a positive, safe atmosphere while interacting professionally with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environments is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and meet demands of frequent walking and standing.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks.
