Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Falls Church, VA to help deliver a great shopping experience. You’ll assist customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, and keep the store clean while upholding safety and friendly service.

The role requires strong customer service, organizational and communication skills, and physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs. Part-time hours are available at our Falls Church location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Provide a positive, safe, respectful environment with professional interactions.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store, bathrooms, floors, and trash removal.
