Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers with questions, manage transactions at the register, and help keep the store clean and well stocked.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stock replenishment, protecting cash and assets, and maintaining a safe, friendly environment. Previous retail/customer service experience is preferred, and a high school diploma is commonly expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or service industry experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist unloading trucks; replenish stock.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
