Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers with questions, handle sales at the register, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

The role involves unloading merchandise, replenishing stock, and maintaining a safe, friendly environment for customers and teammates. Prior retail or service experience is preferred, with a focus on strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and unloading.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
