Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Citrus Springs, FL to help deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and keep the store stocked and clean.

The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a willingness to perform a variety of duties in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Foster a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
