Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, grocery or drug store is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Physically able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Good organizational and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and product recommendations.
• Handle sales transactions at the cash register and maintain cash security.
• Keep store stocked, restock merchandise, and recover shelves.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in all store areas.
• Support unloading trucks and stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Provide friendly, professional service to customers and colleagues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
