Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a friendly shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and keep the store clean and well-stocked.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, replenishing shelves, maintaining safety, and upholding company assets. You’ll work in a fast-paced retail environment and support teammates and store leaders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Unload trucks and replenish stock per productivity standards.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and respectful store environment.
• Keep store clean, including restrooms, floors, and trash.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
