Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service in retail, hospitality, grocery, or drugstore environments highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful environment while interacting professionally with customers and associates.
• Perform cleaning and restocking duties across the store, including bathrooms.
• Other duties as assigned.
