Job summary

Family Dollar in Hemlock, MI is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to provide a welcoming shopping experience. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, handle sales at the register, and help maintain store cleanliness and safety.

This role requires lifting 30–50 lbs, standing for long periods, and delivering friendly, professional service. Prior retail or service experience is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environments preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
• Physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities
