Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores in Woodward, OK is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a friendly shopping experience. You will assist customers, manage transactions at the register, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness.

You will also help unload trucks and ensure safety and courtesy in all interactions. Qualifications include a high school diploma and prior customer service experience in retail or similar settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and lifting.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while operating the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise as needed.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks; stock replenishment per productivity standards.
