Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in Walpole, MA is seeking a friendly, customer-focused associate to assist customers, handle sales transactions at the register, maintain store cleanliness, stock shelves, and support unloading trucks.

You will contribute to a safe, positive environment, follow instructions, and provide excellent service while building strong relationships with customers and team members. Part-time schedule with versatile shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, and pulling.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise as needed.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and restocking.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and associates.
