Responsibilities

• Ensures each guest receives outstanding customer service.
• Assists customers with purchases and pricing.
• Operates the cash register system; basic math with money.
• Understands item pricing and color of the week.
• Maintains sales floor and dressing room appearance.
• Asks customers to Round-Up totals to support mission/programs.
• Meets or exceeds daily store goals.
• Works other areas of the store as requested by leadership.
