Job summary

TJ Maxx in the United States is seeking a store associate to deliver a high-quality customer experience, maintain a clean and organized sales floor, and support loss prevention and merchandising standards. The role may involve cross-training across store areas to meet business needs.

You will accurately process transactions, promote loyalty programs, and work with peers to respond to changing directions on the sales floor while upholding safety and labor policies.
