Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Retail Store Associate to join our team. You will provide exceptional customer service, greet customers, assist with locating items, and perform cashier duties in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role includes restocking, inventory tasks, and supporting pharmacy staff while promoting CVS services and loyalty programs to help customers on their path to better health.

Qualifications

• Age 16 or older.
• Physical requirements: standing for long periods, lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, light overhead lifting.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly, offer help locating items and maintain friendly interactions.
• Accurately perform cashier duties and handle cash, checks and card payments.
• Maintain sales floor by restocking shelves, updating pricing, and inventory tasks as directed.
• Support opening/closing store activities and assist other departments as needed.
• Assist pharmacy staff and participate in opportunities for growth and development.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to support customers' health goals.
