You may help load purchases and participate in basic inventory tasks. Applicants should be able to lift up to 60 pounds, have basic PC/Outlook skills, and possess strong English reading/writing abilities with good customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Read and write English; interact with customers and coworkers.
• Able to comprehend simple instructions, product labels, price codes, shelf tags, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information to customers and coworkers.
• Regularly lift up to 60 pounds and frequently up to 45 pounds.
• Basic PC/Outlook skills; Retail Management Certificate (extra).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a store section and stock merchandise.
• Verify pricing and rotate stock by date codes.
• Prepare perishable products for sale as needed.
• Set up advertising and promotional displays.
• Maintain sanitation in all store areas and parking lot as directed.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable, efficient assistance to customers.
• Assist customers with loading purchases into vehicles.
• Record lost/damaged goods and store supplies using appropriate tools.
