Job summary

Huk Gear is seeking a Part Time Sales Associate to be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming shopping environment. You will assist customers, keep the store tidy, and help reach sales targets.

This position is part-time and seasonal, with shifts 4–8 hours and availability on weekends and holidays. Compensation ranges from $13.50 to $14.50 per hour, depending on experience, with benefits including an employee discount, flexible schedule, and weekly

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required or working toward it.
• Retail or customer service experience a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic math and cash handling skills; able to operate a cash register.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in finding products that meet their needs.
• Provide knowledgeable answers about products and promotions.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Support team in achieving daily and monthly sales goals.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
• Assist with inventory management including stock replenishment and product displays.
