Huk Gear in Destin, FL is seeking a Part Time Sales Associate to be the face of the brand, delivering friendly customer service, helping shoppers find products, and maintaining a welcoming, organized store environment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions about products and promotions, processing transactions at the cash register, assisting with inventory and displays, and supporting the team to meet daily sales goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in operating a cash register.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and perform essential functions of the job.

As a Part Time Sales Associate at Huk Gear, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our shoppers. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining store cleanliness, and helping to achieve store sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule

• Shifts ranging from 4 to 8 hours
• Approximately 10-15 hours expected per week
• Availability for daytime and/or evening shifts
• Required availability on weekends and holidays as necessary

Compensation

• $15 to $16 based on experience
