Job summary

Fabletics is hiring a Part-Time Store Associate for our Irvine location at Irvine Spectrum Center. You will help customers connect online and in-store experiences, share product knowledge, and support team goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, maintaining merchandised spaces, and assisting with inventory and store events. Prior retail exposure and a positive, self-motivated attitude are valued.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge & familiarity of active lifestyle choices and fitness products is beneficial.
• Ability to engage customers and work with a team in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit and function of products.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to enhance shopping experience.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to store manager.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
