Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with customers and teammates.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Accurately ring purchases and returns and handle cash per procedures.
• Uphold merchandising standards and store procedures.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Support store recovery and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in safety awareness and loss prevention efforts.
• Contribute to a positive store culture with honesty and respect.
• Adhere to labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in other duties as assigned.
