Qualifications

• Greeting customers and donors in accordance with agency policies.
• Knowledge of brand names, items, trends, and price points in apparel and domestic categories.

Responsibilities

• Sort apparel into salable and salvage categories and check for flaws (tears, stains, odor, cleanliness).
• Hang and tag quality donations quickly while meeting production targets.
• Maintain a neat processing area and ensure readiness for the next shift.
• Uphold Goodwill MODE Guiding Principles and perform other duties as assigned.
