Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to move 25 pounds.
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending, standing, twisting, and climbing ladders.
• Ability to work with cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, sincere greeting to all customers, including current promotional message.
• Engage all customers to identify their needs and offer solutions using product knowledge.
• Assist in driving store-level sales and profitability.
• Assist with merchandising and visuals per established standards.
• Promote awareness and excitement to grow Jockey Rewards membership.
• Ensure adherence to Jockey policies and procedures.
• Establish positive working relationships with co-workers, assuring high productivity and accomplishing shared goals.
