Job summary

Jockey is seeking a part-time Temporary Staff member for its retail location in New York. You will greet customers warmly, engage them to determine needs, and use product knowledge to offer solutions while helping drive store sales and profitability.

You will assist with merchandising, stock, markdowns and visuals to maintain appealing displays, and promote Jockey Rewards membership. Adherence to policies and teamwork are required in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to move 25 pounds.
• Ability to work with/around cleaning chemicals.
• Prolonged standing and ladder usage to stock and merchandise store.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, sincere greeting to all customers and engage them to identify needs using product knowledge.
• Assist in driving store level sales and profitability.
• Assist with merchandising, stock, markdowns and visuals in adherence to visual standards.
• Promote awareness and excitement to grow Jockey Rewards membership.
• Ensure adherence to all Jockey policies and procedures.
• Establish positive working relationships with co-workers and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
