Job summary

Jockey International at Gloucester Premium Outlets is seeking a friendly retail associate to greet customers, understand their needs and recommend products that fit. You will help drive sales, assist with merchandising, and promote the Jockey Rewards program while maintaining store visuals and policy adherence.

The role emphasizes strong interpersonal skills, the ability to move items and assist customers on the shop floor, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment in a high-traffic retail

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to move 25 pounds.
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and ascending/descending ladder to stock and merchandise store.
• Ability to work with/around cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, sincere greeting to all customers and identify their needs.
• Engage customers to offer solutions using product knowledge.
• Assist in driving store-level sales and profitability.
• Assist with merchandising (stock, markdowns, visuals) to adhere to visual standards.
• Promote awareness and growth of Jockey Rewards membership.
